We ship domestically and Internationally!
Our processing time for all order is 3-5 business days. After order has been placed, all orders are shipped via USPS or UPS on business days (Monday-Friday) After your oder has shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-10 business days and 7-21 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays and severe weather conditions, shipping time may vary. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided.
International Shipping FAQ
- There is no return policy on international orders.
We advise all our customers to check the ingredients prior to purchasing any of Anola's products. We do not take responsibility for any form of allergic reactions from our products.
Customs, Import Fees And Import Restrictions
- If you're ordering from Canada or outside of the US, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. All international orders are subject to customs clearance costs which, if applicable, will be charged directly to the customer by the carrier, the importer or the receiving government.
- Some countries may restrict the import of certain items. You may contact your local customs office for more information on which items are eligible to be imported in your country.
