Shipping policy

We ship domestically and Internationally!

Our processing time for all order is 2-4 business days. After order has been placed, all orders are shipped via USPS  or UPS on business days (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. After your oder has shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-7 business days and 7-21 with USPS and 2-7 business days with UPS internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays and severe weather conditions, shipping time may vary. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided.

Please understand the shipping time is not the time you place the order but from the time it dispatch from our store. 

Be sure you provide an accurate address when placing an order. Anola skin is not responsible for any missing shipments if your address is not input correctly. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking number states that your order is delivered, it is your responsibility to contact your local post office to find out where they left your package. 

Custom Fees on International orders!!

Anola Skin is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. Anola skin will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
