Return, Refund  & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. After an order is made, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Anola Skin is committed to customer satisfaction. If your products arrives damaged, simply contact us via email.(info@anolaskin.com)

When placing an order make sure the address you provide is correct. If the order is returned back to us, there will be another shipping fee to ship the product back to you. 

 If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. Anola Skin does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.
